Armenia is actively discussing the issue of the Rome Statute with Russia, Vice Speaker of Parliament Hakob Arshakyan has said. The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) handed over this week the management of the school feeding programme in Armenia to the government. This milestone concludes WFP’s gradual transfer of the program to the Government of Armenia. Azerbaijan on Tuesday accused archfoe Armenia of shelling the positions of its military posts in the border area of the Sadarak district. “Units of the Armenian Armed Forces fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army from various small arms,” Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said in a statement posted on its website.
