Bagrat Mikoyan has been appointed the person in charge of the office of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, Armenian News-NEWS.am learns from Kocharyan’s Facebook page.
Before that, Mikoyan held the position of coordinator of the aforesaid office.
Viktor Soghomonyan, who was in charge of retired President Robert Kocharyan’s office since 2008, had announced his resignation in February.
