Third meeting of the Armenian-Iraqi intergovernmental joint commission on economic cooperation was held Tuesday and Wednesday in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq.
Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan was the co-chair from the Armenian side of the commission, and Abbas al-Maliki, the Iraqi Minister of Agriculture, was the co-chair of the Iraqi side, Armenia’s Ministry of Economy informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
During the aforesaid meeting, the prospects of bilateral economic cooperation between the two in numerous domains were discussed.
As a result of the meeting and based on the agreements reached during it with the Iraqi side, the protocol of the third meeting of the Armenian-Iraqi intergovernmental joint commission on economic cooperation was signed.
